Creating and deleting shortcuts for various Windows elements, such as files, folders, programs, and websites, is a common task. Here's how you can create shortcuts and delete them in Windows:

- Right-click on it, and from the context menu, select "Create shortcut."

3. Taskbar Shortcuts:
- Locate the program shortcut on your taskbar.
- Right-click on it, and select "Unpin from taskbar."
Remember that deleting a shortcut doesn't delete the actual file or program; it only removes the shortcut icon. If you want to remove a program completely from your computer, you may need to uninstall it through the Control Panel or Settings app (Apps & Features) for installed software, or manually delete the files for files and folders.
You can use the Control Panel to install and uninstall programs on your Windows computer. Here's how to do it:
1. Open Control Panel:
- Press the `Windows + X` keys on your keyboard and select "Control Panel" from the menu that appears.
- Alternatively, you can search for "Control Panel" in the Start menu's search bar and open it.
2. Navigate to "Programs":
- In the Control Panel, you may see different views. You can either choose "Category" and then click on "Programs" or select "Large icons" or "Small icons" and directly click on "Programs and Features."
3. Install a Program:
- In the "Programs and Features" or "Uninstall or change a program" section, you'll see a list of installed programs.
- To install a new program, click on "Install a program from the network" or "Turn Windows features on or off," depending on your goal. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
1. Open Control Panel:
- Follow the same steps as mentioned above to open the Control Panel.
2. Navigate to "Programs":
- In the Control Panel, go to "Programs" or "Programs and Features" as described above.
3. Uninstall a Program:
- Find the program you want to uninstall in the list of installed programs.
- Select the program by clicking on it.
4. Uninstall the Program:
- Once the program is selected, you will see an "Uninstall" or "Change" button in the toolbar at the top. Click on it.
5. Follow the Uninstallation Wizard:
- A program-specific uninstallation wizard will appear, guiding you through the uninstallation process.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.
6. Confirm Uninstallation:
- You may be asked to confirm the uninstallation. Click "Yes" or "Uninstall" to proceed.
7. Wait for the Uninstallation to Finish:
- The uninstallation process will remove the program and its associated files from your computer. Wait for it to complete.
8. Finish:
- Once the uninstallation is complete, you may receive a confirmation message. Click "Finish" or "Close" to exit the uninstaller.
Please note that some programs may require administrator privileges to install or uninstall. Additionally, not all programs can be uninstalled from the Control Panel; some may provide their own uninstallers, or you may need to use a third-party uninstaller program if you encounter difficulties.
As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Google Meet offers different presentation modes to accommodate various needs during a video conference or virtual meeting. These modes are designed to help you share your screen or presentation materials effectively. Keep in mind that Google Meet might have added new features or changed existing ones since then. Here are the primary presentation modes available in Google Meet:
1. Present Your Screen:
- This mode allows you to share your entire screen or a specific application window with meeting participants.
- To use this mode, click the "Present Now" button (usually located at the bottom-right of the Google Meet interface) and select either "Your entire screen" or a specific application window.
- You can also choose to share a Chrome tab if you have the Google Meet tab open.
2. Present a Window:
- This mode allows you to share a specific application window, such as a presentation software or document, without showing your entire screen.
- Click the "Present Now" button and select "A window" to choose a specific application window to share.
3. Present a Tab:
- This mode is specifically for sharing a Chrome browser tab.
- Click the "Present Now" button and select "A tab" to share a specific Chrome tab that you have open.
4. Present a Document:
- You can use this mode to directly upload and present a document from your Google Drive.
- Click the "Present Now" button, choose "Google Drive," and select the document you want to present.
5. Present a Jamboard:
- Google Jamboard is a collaborative whiteboard tool. You can use this mode to present a Jamboard to the meeting participants.
- Click the "Present Now" button and select "Jamboard" to share a collaborative whiteboard.
6. Present a Meet Add-on:
- Some third-party apps and add-ons may integrate with Google Meet and offer specialized presentation modes. If you have such an add-on installed, it may appear as an option in the "Present Now" menu.
7. Stop Presentation:
- You can stop sharing your screen or presentation at any time by clicking the "Stop presenting" button, which is typically found in the lower-right corner of your screen while you're presenting.
Remember that your ability to use certain presentation modes may depend on your Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) subscription and the permissions granted by the meeting organizer. Additionally, Google Meet may have introduced new features or changed existing ones, so it's a good idea to check the latest documentation or help resources for up-to-date information.
